Craters of the Moon is a geothermal walk, walking on boardwalks and a few gravel paths past steaming vents and bubbling mud pools. The tracks are in great condition, with a few seats and rubbish bins along the way. There are multiple lookout points, and two mud craters with very active vents to have a look at.
Here are some photos of the walk, overall I would highly recommend this walk if you are in the area.
Note: if you do choose to go up to the upper lookout, there are steps either going up or coming down depending on the way you walked the loop.
